Lessons from 17 years in logistics and process improvement: keep it simple
For the past eight years I've helped teams — from operators on the floor to senior directors — continuously improve logistics processes and the entire Nike campus (more than 5,000 people). I did that as a facilitator, trainer and manager.
My coaching and facilitation are built on 17 years of experience in logistics (transport, distribution, warehousing) and supply chain (flow planning), grounded in my background as an commercial engineer. I bring insights from business management and finance together with a simple, realistic view of how companies can move forward with their customers and people.
The results are there too: from 87% to 98% improvement in OTIF across five distribution centres, and halving the lead time in a fashion warehouse. Read more in my story.
